use HTML & CSS for fix this issues

edit the index template and comment out or remove the variable stand for who is online.

I have edit those templates but cant remove that junk.

You can go to admin panel and remove online users visibility for specific user types like guests, users...
Or you can wrap it in div element and set it to display:none - this will hide whole online section for all users

Can anyone update on this ?

Your initial post seems to show a bunch of birthdays.  You can turn that off and other stuff in Forum Home Options.
