Hello!
I recently upgraded my forum to version 1.8.35, and now, for some reason, numerous posts display Click to edit instead of their original content:

I assume this issue might be related to the database encoding. Here are my settings:
/inc/config.php
phpMyAdmin - table collation
I've searched the forum and tried doing this but it didn't help.
Would really appreciate any tips!

I've also tried converting to UTF-8 in the Admin Panel. No luck
