MyBB Community Forums - [code][/code] is not working

i don't know when it started to happen but if i use [code] the whole post is blank
would appreciated it if someone could help

It's possibly due to malformatted parsing of the [code] MyCode. Consult this part of the documentation on Error Messages: https://docs.mybb.com/1.8/faq/errors/#pa...ion-failed, and try to look up related error messages logged in the error log file, and then you may find out why the post is blank.

can't seem to find any related error messages

disable all plugin just caused my website to fail (not really in the mood to test out which plugin is causing this)

also if i just do a quick edit it'll show correctly but if i refresh the page it'll be blank again

Check for javascript errors too.
And your templates (I saw a <div class=\"footer-copyright\">, even if it's not the culprit)

how to check javascript error? and which template to check?

Use developper tools (F12 with firefox or chrome).
And the template seems to be footer. You can use the search in template tool to find "footer-copyright"

When you use the [code] tag, the post content becomes invisible (mybb.com)

You should definitely take a look
