The forum page shows up without any styling at all. The issue occurred after I tried to set the forum time zone, to which the page stopped displaying correctly. The Board URL is correct. URL: http://sean-e.xyz/forums/index.php

Your URL is the problem but the problem would be the way you set it up in your settings. For example all the images are loading with a url like this http://sean-e.xyz/forums/index.php/images/logo.png when it should be http://sean-e.xyz/forums/images/logo.png. So you have a misconfiguration. Which is also happening with theme css sheets.

Please share a screenshot of AdminCP --> Configuration --> Settings --> Site Details

Thanks! That fixed it. I guess I accidently put /index.php at the end of the URL and that broke it.
