i uploaded all my files and stuff and it always says MyBB Error and somthing about the /install file or it says board_not_installed
i dont know how to do all these things so could sum1 teach me?

You need to install your forum. The install is at "/install" relative to your forum directory, so if your forum is at "www.yourdomain.com/forum" your installer is at "www.yourdomain.com/forum/install".

when i got there it goes to a web hosting blog or something.
do you have to edit any of the files in the folder if so i didnt

Ah, I see you have uploaded the whole contents of the archive, you were only meant to upload the contents of the "Upload" folder inside the archive.

Once you have fixed that, your installer will be found at: http://starzforum.anime.0lx.net/install/

If you don't want to fix it, the installer is at: http://starzforum.anime.0lx.net/Upload/install/

but now i have the data base and it wont connect

You only needed to upload the files inside the /uploads folder.
