MyBB Community Forums - Problem with Moderation Queue

My board version is the latest.

Problem which hunting me is the Moderation Queue. Many posts made by the members now queuing on the Moderation Queue. They can't see their posts and tried to make posts three or four times. This make the Moderation Queue with lots of posts.

The admin main page shows status as:

Quote:Total Posts: 2988 (11)

And when I entered the mod queue, the message shown on there is:

Quote:There are currently no posts awaiting moderation.

The right one is the second message.

This happened after editing the help files on the admin Help Document.

Please help me.

Maybe those posts were deleted by the users. Do a Recount & Rebuild in your Admin CP.

I want to know in detail. Because my forum is not playing background. It is little big.

Everything in your forum will be updated to reflect the correct values. This and the Cache Manager should be implemented every now and then, whether we like it or not.

Still having problem...

When some one try to post on a thread, his post will be placed on moderation queue without showing it. This is mainly for a particular thread. How can I avoid that?

Also tell me about the real working of this Moderation Queue.

What kind of posts are placing on moderation queue?
and How to stop it?
