Hello everyone,
I'm having an issue with MyBB, specifically regarding the message counts for forums and threads.
I've done a lot of research here in the community and followed various procedures that fellow members have posted, but I haven't been successful in resolving the problem.

My threads appear like this:

After applying "Recount & Rebuild," the threads look like this:

The topics appear like this:

---

In Forum Management > Edit Forum Settings, I have the option "Yes, require a thread prefix for all threads" checked.

I've cleared the "Rebuild Cache" for all items.

I've also checked "Increment Thread View Count on Thread Author Visits" as YES, but it doesn't work.
