Is it possible to show thread title instead of tid ?

I didnt find this:

What do you mean you didn't find it ? Please elaborate what step of installation is giving you problems.

I dont find that option to change tid into thread title on Google SEO plugin.

did you read the readme.txt in the download-package? No!

and then read the documentation and learn:

I did and I know its written in htaccess but the problem is I dont understand it properly.

Edit: Fixed. It was some rewrite issue.

Yes ofcourse you can achieve this by installing the plugin provided by Omar G

I have applied the plugin and you are seeing the result
