Hi guys,

I tired to search, but no luck. I was hoping to find out if there is a way to remove the "New" PMs counter from the welcome block.

Besides displaying: Private Messages (New 0, Unread 0, Total 0)

I would like for it to display: Private Messages (Unread 0, Total 0)

When I go to templates and edit the header_welcomeblock_member, I see where to code is, however its listed as this: {$lang->welcome_pms_usage}

Is this something I have to edit outside of using ACP?

That's in the language section of the ACP, not the templates section.

Open \inc\languages\english\global.lang.php and find:

$l['welcome_pms_usage'] = "(New {1}, Unread {2}, Total {3})";

Then remove the

New {1},
