Looking for someone to do a drop down UserCP menu...which would be able to add ModCP and AdminCP into a drop down menu...any way of doing this?

Something like this, but with everything in one little drop down menu.
here and many other pages in internet exist that you can get css and html and Paste into your template and change names and links based on your links.
note : if you need I can do it as non-free service.
