I'm having issues with updated website graphics not displaying until the cache is cleared. Is there a setting to change this cookie length to one day or 30 days? Or is there a way to manage graphics so the website doesn't cache the graphics or specific graphics like the logo, favicon, png files, gifs, etc.?

The cache of graphics is a server setting.
Depending on your server and if you use or not a CDN, the settings are "somewhere", I can't help you more without knowing which httpd you use and which is the chain (direct or cloudflare) to deliver content.
