I created a Group and need to add members.

A Google search led me to: https://community.mybb.com/thread-39420.html

...but nothing in it helps me. Under "Group Memberships" in my UserCP, it lists the group I created but it's not a clickable link.

In the AdminCP, I can view the forum settings, and profiles of users on the site, but I see no way to add members to the Group.

go to yourdomain.com/admin/index.php?module=user-users&action=edit&uid=2#tab_profile

and the 2 is your user profile uid number

you will see primary group and then select the group you want to add and scroll down and save

Thanks. I saw that but the "Primary User Group" label concerns me.

I'm not sure what it means by "Primary". I don't want to change anything on anyone that changes their view or functionality. I simply wish to give some users access.

yes you can change it will give them access.

you only change the additional groups, not the primary group for the users!
The Primary Group will only be changed if a registered user gets mod or supermod

users can have multiple additonal groups, which give permissions for special options
