Hey. Ive recently moved host on my MyBB board. I backed up my files first, then uploaded them to my new host and imported the sql database.

Now ive changed host, everything seems to work fine except for the fact about half the plugins now dont work, or cant be modified or reinstalled.

Anyone had similar problems, or anyone got any ideas?

Regards,
Clarky

Please, list the plugins with which you have problems.

Im having problems with,

Easy Adv Banner 3.0
Emergency Message System

I can change the settings for the emergency message system, but the messages dont apear on the forum. I have tried deactivating it and then activating it again, but that didnt make a difference.

With the Easy Adv Banner system, the management for it in the admin has disapeared, so I tried deactivating it, I have to CHMOD the admin index.php, so I went back, and tried deactivating it again. But now, it said MySQL error because it removed the MySQL the first time I did it. :@ Confused

If you would like ftp, or a login to the admin, please pm me Smile

I wonder which version of Emergency Message System you are using? Check the latest version here:
http://mods.mybboard.net/view/emergency-message-system

And follow the instructions for upgrading, or simply delete the the EMS.php from your ./inc/plugins dir and upload the new one. Remember to put the {$boardmessage} in your header template (sometimes placing $boardmessage without these {} does not work). Also make sure to Enable Emergency message system: Admin CP > Board Settings > change > Emergency Message System > Modify Settings > Display the board message in the forum header? (Set it to ON) > AND set the Board wide message to ON -> Submit Changes

If you still have a problem, please let me know.
