I was just wondering if I wanted to change from:

www.mysite.com/forum/

to

www.mysite.com/forums/

would be ok?

Is it as simple as going into my FTP program and renaming the folder?

Or would this cause any problems?

It would cause problems =P Cookies / Image Paths / etc.

After renaming go to your ACP - Board Settings - Change - General Configuration ; and change all the needed things =P

OK so I just rename it in the FTP, and then I will still be able to log in and everything?

Then I just change the board paths in the admin CP to the new forum folder name?

You'll have to log in via the admin directory directly until you fix the cookie settings

Not sure how to log in via the admin directory directly.

Would changing the board path in the admin CP first, than renaming the folder work?
