Hi all i am kinda new to mybb and was wondering it there is a way to say have 3 or 4 mybb forums useing 1 userdatabase so say if someone reg on one forum they will auto get access to the other 3 forums and not have to reg agian ?

In theory, it's possible but with core modifications and a way to define which forum is the master. The solution could be to replace users' table with a view from the master forum (so readonly) or to have a plugin to synchronize tables.
In a pratical way, I can just suggest you to avoid this kind of system. If the forums are related, use categories and group options to allow users to see one or more categories (subforums) rather than duplicate forums. If they are not related, don't "force" users to be registered on 4 forums when then only want to be on 1.
