Hi,
I use DVZ Shoutbox in my forum and one of my users encountered problems using it from its smartphone: the shouts are not sent.
The problem started recently, on January 8th. I didn't make any updates to the forum in that period (I only did it later to see if it solved the problem). What could it be due to?

PHP version:  7.4
DVZ Shoutbox version: 2.3.4
Integrations: DVZ Mentions 1.0.6 (for MyAlerts 2.0.4)

If the problem only occurs with one user, I would rather see the problem on the user's side
Has he tried another browser? Browser cache cleared etc.
