I have to agree, I don't like the logo. I also think that you should have your own theme rather than just using the MyBulletin one, even if you have turned it green. A webmaster forum should look unique, since that's the main thing webmasters want to do with their sites.

There are lot of differents from MyBulletin theme and mine.

I follow VBulletin theme for making the front page. Icons and other things are designed with the help of MyBulletin...

I think I manage to make a unique look for the forum.

I was thinking something like this (ignore that stupid watermark)

just make it more random, more transparent...

I really like your works and you can make a good header for the forum. Looking forward for making a good header on same color.
