Hello everyone, I was a member of a forum site that was founded in 2014 and continued until 2017. However, the site was later closed. What is the name of the theme of this site? The home page and the profile view of the person who wrote the message are like the photos below.

I don't personally recognise it (doesn't mean that others won't) but I would guess that it was possibly a custom-built theme for the owner. It might pay to check out the Way Back Machine and look down the bottom to see if the author of the theme left a copyright or link back to their site.
