Hello, I already success install and active the Google SEO plugin https://github.com/frostschutz/MyBB-Google-SEO/

My question is, can we edit Google SEO format?

right now the scheme URL is like this

https://domain.com/Thread-Basic-Information

Can we have like custom one? for example

https://domain.com/Thread/10/Basic-Information

So basically we just need to access 

https://domain.com/Thread/10/

and it will be add the thread title in last slash
