OK, 

I am getting a lot of spammers on my site.  I want to generate a question that needs to be answered of the site.  I know what questions I want to ask, I just forgot were to go to do it

if you mean for register you can go to Admin CP -> Configuration  -> Security Questions
and add many question you like.
