Try replacing all contents of following tables from your fresh installed MyBB Database:

mybb_templategroups
mybb_templatesets
mybb_templates
mybb_themes
mybb_themestylesheets

1. Try renaming inc\plugins folder to something else and try reloading forums.
2. Check recent entries of server error log, you may get some light there ...

Sadly no server errors and the directory name change has no effect .... I know this will sound strange but this is the part of any type of coding I like Smile

I enjoy it when it does not work!

It allows me to think and learn.

I think that I will try an install of the 1.8.29 along with the Roundo theme 1.04 .... and see what that creates??

Nice idea .... will try that first .... thank you Big Grin

Sad

lol

Exported the 5 tables from the fresh install
Dropped the same 5 tables in the old db
Imported the 5 tables from the new install into the old db
Changed the pre-fix to match

.... had a very hopeful face (with a pending smile)

Sad

no joy lol

Where do I upload a xml theme file without the ACP?

So I did the file upload of the old 1.8.29 version along with the 1.04 version of Roundo theme .... I also deleted a table in the db as I couldn't workout what it was for or where it came from .... and I have the forum back Smile

So now I just need to update the forum to 1.8.37 .... and then eat my burnt chips as I forgot about them lmao
