When I enable vpn, Quick post edit displays html content of the page instead of post text
Hello. The problem has been reproduced by me on 2 different forums. One with a clean installation of 1.8.37, the other has existed for some time.
Replay steps:
1. Open a thread page that has a post with a quick edit option.
2. Enable vpn in the browser for some reason.
3. Without refreshing the page click on the quick edit button.
4. As a result, the html code of the error page is displayed in the text box instead of the post text. (screenshots attached)

When trying to save a post with this code inside another user, from his words, once succeeded in breaking the visual display of the theme, the fields moved apart. Now this message is deleted, and more to repeat such a thing did not work, the browser gives the error "The message is missing. Please enter a message."
