no. no plugin.
i can't think of anything that has been changed. i just add content and make backups with the forums admin panel..
i've also contacted the hosting company but it will take some time to get a response..
can it be some change made by the hosting company?
I think it's a hosting issue. I believe Hostinger is doing some sort of security maintenance

i will not always use a vpn but i might try their ideas..

for now there is no problem and i did nothing to fix it. it just started working again.

if i will switch to KnownHost or NIXIHOST will it work fine in your opinion?
You just have to do some research on those and see if they have what you need. YMMV
