hello Everyone,

Issue Description:
Going to Home » Forum Management » View Forum & then "Permissions" tab, I newly noticed the following strange behavior:
1- Clicking on any "Edit Permissions" or "Set Custom Permissions" will set this box in the left-down corner of the page (previously in the center).
2- The Cancel button is no longer working.

I tried disabling all the plugins, restore original Admin & jscripts folders, but the issue is still as its!
Any idea?

Looks like admin/styles/default/modal.css is not loading.
Make sure that CSS file exists and loading else grab it from download package.

Hi effone,
Thank you for your Quick response but replacing " modal.css " didn't work.
Actually, I had replaced the whole 'admin' & 'jscripts' folders from an original backup, but it didn't work.
I also replaced the themes, but no way.

Solved.
The problem was with the corrupted "jquery.js"
