So if you've put in a new password, you'll need to enter it. If you left the password field blank, then it won't require a password but usergroups (if permissions permit) will be able to see the contents of that forum.

It is blank, I have not put a password there I put mine from the administrator and he tells me that it is not correct

Go to Admin CP > Configuration > Settings > Purge Spammer

Check you have the appropriate permissions to purge spammers.

In that configuration there is nothing about setting a password, there are 7 configurations.

It's not about setting a password. It's about ensuring you have the correct permissions to purge spammers (which I cannot see in your screenshot).
