I cannot find anything like XFRM on XenForum. To manage the ressources uploaded by the users, is there something simillar already with myBB ?

I do not know about XFRM features ,but if you do not find this plugin for free in mybb , if you like I can create for you with your features that you want as non-free project. (for more information read signature)
