I'm using phpmailer and all the emails are going out as
[email protected],
I can't figure out where to change this. THere are no settings under configuration->mail settings.

Go to Admin CP -> Configuration -> Site Details
then Change Admin Email AND Return Email to any value you want.
note : email send with admin email and return email is displayed to receiver.

Thanks, that was a step closer. It's getting the right domain now, but its showing
[email protected] despite those to fields have
[email protected].
my prior fix was to hard code the inc/functions.php, but that's clearly the wrong way. I could possibly rewrite this at the MTA level. Clearly I'm missing a key config option somewhere.
