I tried multiple times to activate the MyBB Registration Invite Only plugin so it created plugin settings multiple times. How to delete the extras? I'm afraid it may cause problems down the line.
Make it simple I am a mysql virgin.

When you realize this plugin is causing troubles and you're trying to debug, you're no more virgin at all
I don't know this plugin and its behaviour.
What happens if you deactivate this plugin - settings still availabe?
What happens if you deinstall this plugin - is there an option to deinstall?
What's your intention at all?
Do you want to install this plugin up and running or get rid of it?

Uninstalling the plugin took care of it. I have another thread going about the activation failure. Ultimately I'd like to get it working.
