When hovered or scrolled next to, the table bar of the forum threads would drop down and create more space on ones site,and give a cleaner more space look and hold alot more with out making duplicate pages and putting half of the first page on the sencond page and so on, etc,,, for large sites with lots of info etc, so theiry less cramped more organized and more modern, more appealking and less generic and less boring and more interesting!

I am not exactly sure what you want, but if I interpret correctly, it will require DHTML and AJAX, which will make it very difficult to make. The again I may have misunderstood

I am not a plugin make unfortunately. I know relative PHP and am good with the languages required to make this, but I can't use the MyBB plugin style. But the way I read it now it doesn't seem so hard.
