whats the best mybboard chat plugin?
do any of them integrate with the existing user table in the database so all who are registered need only sign into the chatroom?

There are two pretty good ones, that are easy to set up and use. The easiest to install would be Labrocca's plugin. You will have to join his forum to download, but it's worth it: http://www.mybbcentral.com/showthread.php?tid=272

The second one is an integration plugin to make phpfreechat work better with mybb. You would need to install the chat software on your site in order for the plugin to work though:
