That's a vB styled theme for MyBB.

There is no option for MyBB already made to change between the two though.

That's why I was requesting it, lol

I had built a template with it, but it was lost when I upgraded to MyBB 1.2 Sorry~

It's already vertical by default... Do you mean horizontal? Like in vBulletin? http://community.mybboard.net/showthread.php?tid=12964 is what you'd be looking for.
