hi every i'm such a noob to this and i have a question........

i'm trying to add a template to my forum and when i want to use them for the instruction they ssay that you have to upload the images to ./imagedirectory...... i was wondering where that is.......

ehat i do everytime is upload the XML document and the template comes and the images dont........


i'm sorry if this is such a noob question

root/images/ is the default directory for mybb images

You need FTP access to your site to do this.

thnx for you help...... what does FTP mean....?

and when you say root/images/ do i type that in when i'm uploading a template?

please forgive me since i dont have much experience in mking forums......

How did you install your forums?

If I've understood correctly..
You will need to make a directory called /imagedirectory via FTP (or ask your host to do this) and then change the following setting:
Admin CP --> Themes --> *Chose theme and click 'Go'* --> Image Directory
