Hello fellow web gurus. I just wondering if anyone here could suggest a newsletter program. I do not need much, a simple subscribe / unsubscribe page and basic management tools. Thank you for your time and replies.

Well I wrote a Newsletter Plugin. I'm not sure what you mean by "basic management tools" though.
