Users are required to pay to rate posts, post authors might get some or all the points, and can be configured on a per-rate basis.

Hi, I updated this plugin.

Changes:

• Hooks into the new NewPoints 3.1 logging system.
  
• Adds 2 new rate settings (forum & group), replacing the use of the global rate settings.
