No, it is a bug.

I updated this plugin to 3.1.2 (make sure this is the last version you are using).

This version fixes several issues with the Bank deposit and withdraw rates fees, additional to the issue you report.

Hi, download from the GitHub repository or apply this small change to your /inc/plugins/newpoints/plugins/BankSystem/hooks/forum.php file:

Then, check the logs from the forum side, are the logs for the same transaction ID ?

It is possible that the user has multiple investments.
