I have the Backup I made out of the Admin CP how do I upload it back up?
Use the import function of PhpMyAdmin under the SQL tab. Make sure you've selected the correct database to import your SQL back-up.
If the database is bigger than what you are allowed to upload in phpMyAdmin, you can use a very useful script called
BigDump
