Well, both links are intact and they haven't claimed to have made the software themselves, so I'd say so. Chris has the final word on such things though.

I'd have to say no to that copyright, mainly because the line "Powered by MyBB" has been changed. It's up to Chris, but if it were my forum, I'd just add a line after the copyright saying "Modifications by xxxx" or something like that.

I've reverted the copyright back to the original. I wasn't too sure about it myself so I changed it.
