Is there any plugin which provides
Moderator CP so that Moderators can also do some funtion which is allowed to do by Admin..!!
As because I was unable to found any default funtion which do this said job.

No, there is no Moderator CP for MyBB version 1.2.9.

1.4 > 1.2.9 == true; So no
thats why I am asking it to update..!!
1.4 is the next major release of MyBB, which will include numerous feature additions and changes.
There are no plans for a Moderator CP to be made for 1.2.x as it will be in 1.4 (as there is no point in coding things twice).
Please be patient.
