I just have a little problem I'll be glad if anyone can help..
one of my host TOS said that I can't send mass emails
so thats mean I can't use the mass maill feature in mybb board
so deos anyone of you know any kind of service can allow me to send one mail to mail list for free?

I did, and they answere me. that I can use it for normal board functios such as sending activistion mails. reset pass mails etc, but I can't send more then 500 mail at once time per day..

Export the list of email addresses from your user database, then just use Gmail or something
I can see that, but the best they have that they have some good features in them servers and very little prices
they servers are Dual Xeon Woodcrest 5130 machines with 4GB of RAM

i coded a mass mailing system a while ago for servers that didnt allow lots to be sent at once.
basically you give it a list of emails and the message and it puts it all in a queue.
a cron job runs every 15mins and sends 20 or so emails out of the queue so that it only uses low system resources.
sorry i cant share the code, it was a freelance job

I already did that
I coded a little file wich is exporting the whole emails (4800 mail or so) and the file is sprate them after evey 500 mail (wich is the maximum number per one message in gmail)
but the bad thing with gmail or any kind of mail service, it's show the whole mails in the sent to faild..
I don't think I have the rights to show my member mails in public
