How Can I set it so that the users can only PM after 20 Posts, As a lot of people have been spamming via PM. With advertisements.
well, make a new group for members that have 20+ posts
change the group settings to allow PM
change the normal "Registered" group to disallow PM
then, install and activate
Auto Assign Groups Plugin (by me)
change the plugin settings to add members to the new group when they reach 20 posts
It doesn't say anything about how many posts I want that user to have before they reach that group.
It doesn't say anything about 20 posts..he is just making the instruction that this new group will be for the people with 20 posts.

when you activate the plugin it will be in
Board Settings -> Change -> Auto Assign Groups
you'll see it
