I would like to have another 2 new features in the Banned Usernames area

1- input area to add character that make the users can't have this characters in his user name..
example< I don't like to see any username have "@" in his username
so I add this simple "@" in the input area, and the user try to register with username (Eg. P@ba) it'll show error message tell him this character "@" not accepable to be used in the username
2- another input area for the same thing for emails.. we know the emails can't contain some chracter like "~,!()&^%$#+=

so I would like to have this features ..
