When some user sign up for my forum, their account dont work, its says it needs activation, why?
I dont want to activate it to them!
Any solution?

Do you have either Activation by email or Admin activation on inside your ACP settings?
If you want their accounts to not require activation, set the Activation option in the ACP to "Instant Activation".
ACP -> Board Settings -> Change -> User Registration and Profile Options -> Registration Method -> Instant Activation
