I currently have announcements posting on the portal page. I have it set to display only 2 announcements at a time. However, they are currently drawn from the same forum/thread.

Is there a way to have it display from two separate threads, but have one announcement from each of the two specific threads to always display? I want it so that two different people can each have their own dedicated announcements spot on the portal page, such that neither of them will have have two announcements displayed on the portal page at the expense of the other person's announcements rolling off.

Hopefully, that makes sense when you read it.

Makes sense to me, as for doing it however, it would require a plugin or something.
