Try going to
Admin CP --> Templates --> Modify / Delete --> *expand your template set* --> Forum Bit Templates --> forumbit_depth2_forum
Find: (should be the second line)
<td class="{$bgcolor}" align="center" valign="top">
Replace with:
<td class="{$bgcolor}" align="center" valign="top" width="50">
This might depend on the exact theme you are using, so I'd suggest contacting the theme author if you didn't make the theme.
Oh btw one more question..is it possible to remove the highlight of the text title?
