ok so i put all the files into the host and when i went to install it i go this error

i have tryed the folowing things but nothing has worked

You sure you've uploaded ALL the folders that were in the UPLOAD directory? As the error, plainly reading, states that you are missing the file adminfunctions.php in the /admin/ folder. Check you have it uploaded.

sorry i just letting you know i got it to work i had to delet and reupload the install file
