Can this problem be fixed as easily as deleting the regip column?
It says there are duplicate... maybe you could see if there are 2 and delete one of them, one with no content or something...
I went in a deleted the columns and got a different problem now...

The reason it gives that error is because you started the upgrade process and then didn't complete it or are trying to run the upgrade process again. I'm not sure of a way to fix this other than a fresh install.
I am now in RC3, the upgrade didn't work for me. I created another RC2 forum and tried the upgrade and it failed again.
So I install RC3 and populated it with RC2 data.
