For the last month or so, the main page in the AdminCP has said that I have one Unapproved Thread and Post in the queue.

However, when I click on the number, it says none exists. Is the value "stuck" in the cache or something? And if so, how can I "clear" it out?

Have you tried running the recount and rebuild tool(s) in the ACP?

The one for threads/posts? Yes, I have.

You may need to Rebuild Your Forums Cache.

Admin CP > Maintenance > Cache Manager > forums > Rebuild Cache
