If I request a password reset, the e-mail is sent, but the request leads to a blank page.

I am using the most recent version of everything available, with no mods and only a few plugins. (the new user PM one by DennisTT doesn't seem to be working, though Smile) The board has been hacked to send e-mail via SMTP authentication, and I'm not sure if that could be the culprit.

Does the email get sent out even though a blank screen appears?

Sorry for my late response!

Yes, it is still sent. It's not a make-or-break issue, but it is certainly inelegant.
