Why on earth would you want to do that? I guess, MyBB developers will be extremely upset if I tell you how to do it!

In your UCP - Edit Options - Other Options

Show the MyCode formatting options on the posting pages

Is that option checked ?

In your ACP - Manage Forums - <select a forum> - Allow MyCode and Allow Smilies set to Yes ?

As you all what I have already activated and do not have to tell you as is?

Can you contact anyone who speaks your native language and ask if he/she wants to translate it to proper English ?

At first, I understood from that you wanted the smilies and the codebuttons to be placed on the left side of the editor, like this:
