Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '&' in /home/mybboard/ideas.mybboard.com/public_html/modules/comments.php on line 27

Tried doing this on my comment to the "Chat Room" plugin. Using Opera 9.50 Alpha (9594), WinXP SP2.

I have confirmed this. It only happens when editing Idea Comments, not the initial Ideas themselves.
